As we launch our Sounds of the Season programming this morning, we’re telling the story of Madonna Broderick. She has been clean for 17 years, after more than two decades of crack addiction, but still struggles with what she calls an addictive personality – whether it’s drugs or ice cream. Madonna relies on food banks to make ends meet.
Voices from the Street was a 12-week leadership program under the umbrella of Working for Change and is now currently running as a speakers bureau with graduates.
